Job Information

Responsibilities

  1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  2. Conduct research to identify new business opportunities.
  3. Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential clients; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  4. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
  5. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  6. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  7. Prepare sales proposal and sales contracts.
  8. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

 

Requirements

  1. Proven working experience as a business development manager in Qatar or any GCC country.
  2. Proven sales track record
  3. Proficiency in English
  4. Knowledge of construction industry in Qatar
  5. Communication and negotiation skills
  6. Time management and planning skills.
  7. Presentation Skills, Professionalism.
  8. MBA/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
